HOUSE RULES
1- Reservations: Must be done 48 hours in advance.
2- Cancellations: We understand things happen, however all cancellations are subject to 25% fee .
If cancelled within 48 hours of reservation, a 50% fee will be applied.
If cancelled within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
3- Deliveries: Deliveries only available on 2 day rentals or longer.
4- Returns: Please return scooters in a respectable condition. Dirty/damaged scooters will be assessed a fee.
5- Refunds: Please let me know if there is an issue with scooter when picking up or upon delivery.
Otherwise customers assume responsibility. No refunds given for returning scooter at an earlier date.
Heavy Duty Scooters [RENTAL]
The Heavy Duty Scooter will be either a 3 wheel or 4 wheel scooter, whichever model we have available for riders over 250 lbs up to 325 lbs. Sorry we can't guarantee a specific model.

How Do We Deliver/Pickup?
Local Pickups and Returns- We store all of our mobility devices at the US Storage in Chino Hills. Set up an appointment to pickup and to drop off and we will help you load in your vehicle.
Deliveries- We can deliver to your home, hotel or AirBnb for a small charge. Just confirm with us if you are outside of 12 miles from Chino Hills.
If I'm staying in a Hotel?
To make things easier for both you and me, please check with your hotel front desk to see if we can deliver/pickup scooter before or after your arrival. Most of the times we can leave the scooter with front desk before your arrival, so that it's there waiting for you at check in. However, every hotel has different policies and we ask that you please make sure with them first.
At a residence or an AirBnB:
Just let us know in the reservation details the address of where you will be staying and we will deliver/pickup scooter from there.
Can we drop off scooter at an amusement park?
Unfortunately we cannot meet you at amusement parks or public places. We can only deliver/pickup from an address where you will be staying (hotel, residence, etc...).
What is the latest I can return the scooter locally?
We will confirm with you a time for the returns. We don't accept returns after 8PM. Please contact us if you need to return scooter outside of our business hours:
Mon-Fri: 8AM-5PM
Sat: 8AM-2PM
Sundays: Closed
If I return scooter early, can I get a refund for the time not used?
When the order gets placed, the scooter is reserved for you and allocated only for you. Since the scooters are first come first serve, we turn away other potential customers so that you can enjoy your reservation. With that in mind, unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for early returns.
